About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as positive, open, and organized I'm looking to help out a family that is needing and occasion based sitter! Family with 1-3 kids for date nights and day/ weekend outings. I also offer tutoring services for primary ages k-5. My specialty area is in English and literacy but can also work math, science, etc. Whether it's learning new content, or working on weekly homework, I would love to support your child in their education! I started working with kids in 2018, volunteering in a nursery and worked at a summer daycare. I have a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and working towards a masters in library science. I currently work at WVU as a support specialist for the academic enhancement program and the Autism Support Program. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and work out. I love spending time outside and enjoy cooking. My skills include multitasking, attentiveness, and awareness.
