Lauren is very dependable and punctual. She was with us for a little over 4 months full time during her summer vacation from school and watched our 14 month old daughter. She got along really well with our very curious and active daughter. They went outside to play and explore multiple times a day. Helped with nap time and kept her on her feeding schedule. She takes directions seriously and is really easygoing. She rarely has her phone on her as a distraction which was important to us. Would definitely hire again during school holidays since our daughter is now in daycare!
