About Lauren

I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm nurturing and patient, but I also love keeping children engaged and curious through play, creativity, conversation, and age-appropriate activities. I want the children in my care to have fun, feel confident, and know that they always have someone in their corner. After 15+ years, the thing I'm most proud of isn't the amount of experience I have--it's the relationships I've built with the families and children I've cared for. Being trusted with someone's most precious person is a responsibility I never take lightly.
