About Celeste

Hi there! I'm a certified teacher (grades 1-6) with a Master's in Literacy Education and years of experience working with children in both NYC and Rochester public schools. I currently teach 4th/5th grade and love bringing science, reading, and creativity into kids' daily lives. I've worked with children of all ages-from infants to elementary students-and am passionate about creating joyful, meaningful experiences through play, outdoor exploration, and hands-on learning. This summer, I'm looking to spend my time doing what I love most-working with children! Whether it's reading together, exploring the outdoors, doing arts and crafts, or just supporting play and discovery, I'm excited to create meaningful and joyful experiences. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, light tidying, and caring for family pets.
