Hi, my name is Lauren. I am a dedicated individual with a passion for holistic practices, Ayurveda, and empowering children to use their voice and gain self-confidence and empowerment. My skills include sharing personal growth/Mental health knowledge from 30+ courses and Live virtual sessions I have learnt investing 4600+ hours from top mentors in the world. I earned my Bachelors degree in Communications from U. N. L. V., and obtained my TEFL/TESOL Certificates while teaching English abroad in Asia. I enjoy nature, animals, children, and spending time with my family, friends, and local conscious community. I am highly motivated to develop the minds and hearts of our young children. As a certified Ayurveda Health Coach/chef, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, and Craniosacral Practitioner, I provide conscious care for pets, kids, and elderly. I love to prepare balanced vegetarian organic meals and believe health is the greatest wealth. I look forward to helping you!
