About Lauren

As a homeschooling mom of 12 years, teaching and working with children is just what I do! I taught all four of my children to read, including my oldest son with level 2 Autism. I recently ventured out to tutoring other children and am a level one certified reading tutor through the National Tutoring Association. I believe that learning is fun for kids and does not need to be stressful. I'm currently in grad school to be a mental health counselor, which has given me the skills necessary to work with kids and grownups alike. I want to help your child succeed and be proud of themselves! Reading is the foundation of all learning and strong readers will go far.
