When I was in high school I tutored 4 children who had dyslexia. They were in kindergarten, 3rd, 4th, and 6th grade. I took multiple classes in college where I was required to work with students either one on one or in groups. I enjoy watching individuals make progress and increase their confidence in themselves along the way. I most recently worked as a special education assistant teacher where I worked with students on their reading and math skills. I worked in group and individual settings with the children.
