About Lauren

In the past I cared for children in my home. Their ages 6 months to 3yrs. old. I engaged children in educational age appropriate books, games, puzzles, and songs. Also, providing trips to the park with scheduled play dates for healthy socialization. I promoted positive behavior in the children; by modeling positive behavior and giving verbal instruction clearly. I created a nurturing fun environment for the children; therefore, they trusted me and loved me. I was also close to the families that I worked with. The mothers of these children were able to leave their little ones at my home knowing that they were being properly cared for and nourished with love, positivity and structure of a safe home. The past two summers I have worked at All Seasons Horse Back Riding in Alamo as the art director and childcare facilitator. I do arts with the children ages 3yrs. old all the way to 12yrs. old. At Church once a month/twice a month I prepare, lead and direct Sunday School to preschool age.
