Patient, Empathetic, & Energetic! I have over 6 years experience in being a childcare provider, and dedicate myself to being an advocate for each child's holistic wellbeing. I have experience working with children ages 18mo-15yo, as well as experience caring for up to 6 children at a time. I also have experience with potty training! I have previously tutored English and non/English speaking students in Language Arts, Writing, and Math. I have extensive experience volunteering at youth-centred organisations, especially ones serving economically disadvantaged and marginalised kids. I've also worked with children on the Autism spectrum, and always accommodate my care to the specific needs of each child. In efforts to work at Afterschool programs, I have also received certification for Infant & Young Children's Development and Safety, as well as training to be a mandated reporter.
