About Beyounce

! I'm Beyouncé, and working with kids is truly my passion. I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with children who have autism and other special needs, helping them grow through patience, structure, and fun, confidence-building activities. I also have experience at United Cerebral Palsy and AltaPointe Behavioral Crisis Center, where I learned trauma-informed care, calm communication, and strong behavioral support skills. I'm currently studying Psychology and Criminal Justice, which helps me understand how to support each child's emotional and developmental needs. My care style is fun, creative, and kid-centered-I love crafts, sensory play, reading time, and creating activities that match each child's personality. Families describe me as dependable, patient, and easy to work with. I bring positive energy, safety, and kindness into every home and always aim to make your child's day brighter.
