About Laura

Hi! I'm Laura, and caring for children has been a part of my life for over 20 years. I began babysitting at age 10 and have cared for infants through age 10, babysitting regularly throughout my childhood, during and after college, and now for friends and family, including my niece and nephew. I have a college degree and am CPR and First Aid certified through my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I'm patient, calm, creative, and dependable, and I love creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn, play, and be themselves. Whether we're doing crafts, reading, playing outside, helping with homework, or enjoying imaginative play, I strive to make each day fun and engaging. I believe in balancing kindness, structure, and encouragement, and I would love the opportunity to become someone your children are excited to see!
