Hiwot has been our full-time nanny for 5 months for our 11 month daughter (B.), and she's been great! She is extremely reliable and trustworthy, and she is very gentle with our daughter. She is always very careful with B. and we feel secure knowing that she is watching our daughter. She is very proactive about taking B. out on walks and to the playground multiple times a day, and B. always looks forward to going outside with her. Hiwot is also great at coordinating her schedule with us, and she always gives us weeks of notice to prepare for any upcoming absences. She has never taken a sick day, and always makes an effort to let us know if in the rare event something comes up. We also appreciate that Hiwot is very COVID-safe, which was important for us.
