About Laura

For the past two years, I have cared for an elderly woman who has the onset of dementia. She has become my friend as well. I cook for her, I do light housekeeping, a little laundry, help her get bathed and dressed, do her make up take her on outings take her to chair, yoga, and grocery shopping. We enjoyed clipping roses together and making bouquets doing some cooking together as well. I also work with her left brain right brain and hand movements to stimulate her cognitive health. I am also certified in multiple forms of yoga and stretching and physical movement to stimulate left brain right brain processes. I read to her and style her hair. She is lovely. I am leaving this position because my friend needs full-time coverage and I can do three days a week. I'm a spiritual woman and work from the heart.
