About Laura

As a caregiver, I am motivated to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families by providing a reliable childcare option. I have four years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to preteens. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I am patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or through another means. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
