Laura is amazing! I would hire her again in a second. She has helped us out for 6 months (Since July 2015) and is still currently with us. Our little girl S. adores her. Laura is wonderful with her and really cares. She has been great helping her get through all of her milestones with play and interaction. She is on time, PROFESSIONAL, hardworking, RELIABLE, and flexible. Not to mention easy going. She will give her opinion when asked, but ultimately knows, understands, and appreciates that you are the parents. I know Laura is looking for a second job opportunity in the afternoons. I believe she was fair in not starting something that she knew would not be a good fit for her. If you are looking for someone with a lot of experience who will treat you children with love and respect you should consider Laura.
