I started babysitting when I was 11; off and on throughout the years. I've worked for families with multiple (4 and 5) children, short and long term, of all ages. For four years, I lived with my cousin to help raise her daughter (from infant) full time while her mom was working. I've been the Assistant Teacher in the young infant room at a Daycare, and I've nannied for different families, loving every moment of it! I also have a 5-year-old child with high functioning autism. I've been working in nursing homes as a CNA for the past five years with adults and elderly helping with rehab and daily cares. I have experience with people with mental, physical, and developmental disabilities as well. I am willing and available to start as soon as you'd like!

We hired Nicky to be our nanny for our then 15-month old after a stint at a local daycare simply wasn't working out. Nicky has been amazing. Nicky brings her to parks, story time, and other activity meet ups with other nannies and kids that she knows through her babysitting stints. She even checks out books for her at the library and periodically buys her bubbles! We have been potty training our daughter since she was ~6 months old (yes, and it works!) and teaching our daughter sign language. Nicky has continued with solidifying the potty training while also teaching her new signs as they see things together. I work from home two days out of the week and hear them giggling constantly as they play with toys, read books, dance to music, and play silly games. When I come home early, all I can hear from outside our door is laughter. I/we couldn't recommend Nicky more enthusiastically or wholeheartedly. She has a true talent working with kids. You won't regret hiring her.
