About Laura

I am an experienced childcare professional with a Master's in Early Childhood Education and over 15 years of teaching experience, including seven years directing a large preschool. I combine educational leadership with hands-on caregiving to support children's growth. As a parent of two sons, I bring both professional and real-life experience. I also ran a home childcare program for five years, caring for up to six children ages 3 months-12, and successfully operated a nanny placement business serving 30+ families, where I vetted and trained caregivers.
