About Laura

I am 58 years old and have had 10+ jobs since going on care. com 10 years ago. I am the mom to 4 adults. No grandchildren yet. I have worked with children ages newborn to 14 years. Two sets of twins and multiple ages in one family. I have lots of patience and have worked with and raised children with special needs, autism/ downs syndrome. Experience with driving them to school and after school lessons or activities. The preschoolers I have taken too several different parks and aquarium and Children's Museum, just to name some of them. Laundry and light housekeeping, no problem. Pride myself on being on time and not calling in sick. I can do parent date nights also. I do not smoke and have had all covid shots and yearly flu shot. This type of job is some thing I chose to do and I take pride in doing a great job for parents and kids. I stay in touch with several of the families I have worked for after the children were to old to need a sitter, they are family to me always!

Laura has been with our family for four years, caring for our two children (now 4 and 8 years old). She is incredibly reliable, she is always on time and never calls out. Over the years, she's taken care of our kids in our home and brought them to activities. She has also picked the kids up from school, brought them home for lunch or snacks, helped with homework, and kept them engaged with activities. Our children adore Laura and we are grateful that she's been part of our family for the last four years. We would recommend her to any family looking for a dependable, caring, and experienced nanny.
