About Laura

*I work primarily as a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, and I also offer Sleep Consultations. * Since I primarily take care of infants, I am NOT able to provide any sick care for other children. I have been working as a full-time, professional nanny over the past 12. 5 years with several children from birth to 12 years. I have also trained as a Newborn Care Specialist through Newborn Care Solutions and as a Postpartum Doula in June 2019 through NAPS/CAPPA. I also recently trained as a Sleep Consultant through Summer's Sleep Secrets. Prior to 2007, I worked several summers as a nanny and I spent one summer working as a camp counselor with children between the ages of 5 and 12. I have worked with multiples (twins/triplets), deaf and hard of hearing children, children functioning on the Autism spectrum, and children with Down syndrome.
