Hi! I'm Laura , I'm Brazilian (born and raised) and moved to the United States in 2019. I have 14 years experience with kids of different age groups (from newborn to teen ages). For 2 years I took a bachelor's degree in Biology and during that time I gave several educational lectures about environmental awareness and volunteering gardening with kids. My experiences also include taking care of triplets, 2 babies at the same age as a nanny share, working with different families as a babysitter and as a nanny. I'm very kind, patient, organized, punctual, responsible, proactive, hard worker, multi-task and creative. I'm a very strong and safe driver, a very good swimmer and CPR/AED and First Aid certificate as well. Some activities I like to do are arts and crafts, reading, going to parks, libraries, kids museums, board games, playing sports, cooking, gardening, picnics, dancing... Laura started as a nanny with our twins when they were 5 months old and they are now 16 months old. She guided us through nap sleep training, solids and so much more. She helped our babies self feed with the bottle and then helped them through baby led weaning with solids. Our babies grew very attached to Laura and were so eager to see her arrive in the morning as they got older. She prepared healthy foods for our babies every week. When we decided to make our guest bedroom into a playroom Laura helped us create a loving and caring learning environment. She was punctual everyday which helped my husband and I maintain our work schedules. On occasion we needed Laura to work outside of her normal hours and she was almost always willing to help us. We truly would have been lost without Laura’s guidance and dedication to our babies!
