About Mimi

I have worked with kids ages 1-12 for about 7/8 years. This includes babysitting a number of different kids, providing child care, entertainment, games, homework help, meals and advice. I have also worked closer (nanny)with a few different families and had the pleasure to watch as some of my favorite kids continue to learn and grow, which has been a lovely experience. As well I have gotten the opportunity to further my work with kids as a Youth group leader at a church from my hometown for 1 year, and work as a volunteer at a Children's garden at Edna Maguire Elementary School. Through these two jobs, I've been able to grow more confident working with different ages together and dealing with incidents as they occur. I've always loved kids and being with kids has always been refreshing and fun! I enjoy the outdoors, beach, art, skateboarding and love to bring my own interests/values towards working with kids when able!
