When our childcare unexpectedly fell through, we found ourselves in a real pinch. From the very first conversation with Latierra, though, we immediately felt at ease. She has such a calm, warm presence, and we trusted her with our 8-month-old daughter from day one. Tia has two young daughters of her own and a background in education, and it truly shows in everything she does. She took exceptional care of our baby, following our routine while also paying close attention to our daughter's cues and individual needs. She somehow managed to get her to take long, restful naps every day (a true talent!), and our daughter was always happy, engaged, and well cared for. Throughout the day, Tia kept us updated with thoughtful messages and sweet photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were at work. She is incredibly responsive, communicative, dependable, and professional. One thing that consistently amazed us was that we came home each evening to a house that was cleaner than when we left.
