About Larissa

Larissa has worked for our family for 6 months caring for our now 9 month old, who she loves like her own! She is everything you want in a nanny: warm, loving, observant, attentive, and a problem solver. Due to the nature of my work, there would be weeks that I didn’t see Larissa because I left early and came home late. When questions came up throughout the day, she would problem solve on her own and take care of the day-to-day decisions without needing direct oversight. She only requires direction or an explanation once and is open to a changing nap and feeding schedule. She has helped us navigate many challenges with our baby, including sleep regressions, teething, reflux, and constipation. Our daughter was premature and had some motor delays. Larissa manages weekly appointments with two different physical therapists for our daughter and has helped her make great strides and hit her developmental milestones. Larissa is dependable and trustworthy. She respects our parenting decisions, which are strongly focused on safety and evidenced-based medicine. I am a physician and Larissa received all vaccines I requested prior to starting in line with the (former) CDC guidance. She is up-to-date on CPR certifications and choking protocols as well.
