Hello! I connected with Rae via care.com to assist with my daughter in the mornings before school. I was super interested because she actually wanted to come meet my daughter prior to care. All started out well and my daughter loved her! Her dad & I asked Rae if we could pay her ahead of time to ensure payment and services, she agreed. The first round of payment was successful, however, after being paid again, we never saw her again. I reached out several times asking if she would return but got no response. I then reached out to ask if she could return the car seat, I purchased specifically for her services but still have never heard from her again.
