About Laniya

Hello my name is laniya. Im a part time student getting my A. A doing the pre-nursing route. I enjoy spending my time cooking, listening to music/ dancing, I love doing arts and crafts, playing sports and going on adventures. I like to think of my self as nurturing and disciplined, I've accumulated a lot of experience over the years with kids starting at a young age volunteering at VBS, summer camps and taking care of family friends and my own siblings, I later started working at a daycare doing early education with 2-5-year-olds, which lead me to starting a small organization called kids motivating kids where I do sports, education and mentorship for younger kids in low income areas I did this from high school through collage, where I worked as a lead program facilitator for an all girls 6th grade class at girls inc. I still host events when I have the time and funds. I'm currently looking for something to continue my connection with kids while in school when I'm free.
