Hi there, I'm Laniek! I'm excited about the chance to be your nanny. I have a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from Cal State East Bay and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from USF. I spent three awesome years as a nanny for kids aged 7 months to 11 years old before becoming a full-time counselor. I've got tons of experience with school drop-offs, pick-ups, morning and bedtime routines, and planning fun, enriching activities. I love working with kids and creating a positive, engaging environment for them.

Laniek is a wonderful, smart, kind person. She has done an incredible job as my morning sitter, and has been able to get my kids ready and to school on time, even though they can be very grumpy and unmotivated. She finds creative ways to connect and motivate them, and is one of their favorite sitters, even though she has to demand a lot of "not fun" tasks during their limited time together. She built strong meaningful relationships with them after just a short time, and always made them feel loved and special, by doing special things and getting balloons on their birthdays! She is a great communicator, and has come to me very professionally with any challenges, and we were able to work through them quickly and easily. If you have the opportunity to hire Laniek to be with your kids, take it.
