Lana was our nanny for almost two years and we're so grateful to have her in our and our son's lives. She was a consummate professional at all times. She's proactive, a strong communicator, and creative problem solver. Our son had just turned 1 when she started so she's seen us through so many developmental milestones including helping our son with teething, eating, sleeping, potty training, behavior changes, and much more. She cooked wonderful healthy food and made sure his eating was balanced. As our son got older, she would come up with activities that mapped to whatever current developmental stage he was in, including fun arts and craft projects. She took him on regular epic adventures to the beach, on "hikes", taught him to ride his tricycle, and generally kept him safe, loved, and having fun. She was also a huge support to me and my husband and helped us grow as first-time parents. Lana truly excels in her work, exceeding all of our expectations, and she will always be family.
