I'm a warm, dependable, and experienced childcare provider with 15+ yrs of experience caring for children from 0-16yrs including multiple children at once. I believe children need both love and boundaries. I'm fun, patient, and caring, while also teaching respect, responsibility, organization, independence, and good values. I have experience with strongwilled and challenging behaviors and know how to set appropriate boundaries while maintaining a positive relationship with each child. I encourage children to clean up after themselves and learn good organizational habits. I'm proactive and naturally think ahead about what needs to be done. I take initiative, keep things organized, and do my best to make parents' lives easier. I also care about healthy habits and enjoy preparing nutritious meals and snacks.
