About Lauren

Hi! I've been working with children in school settings and babysitting for about four years. I also have three years of experience as an elementary school camp counselor, where I gained experience supervising children, keeping them engaged, and creating a fun and safe environment. I genuinely enjoy working with kids and building meaningful bonds with them. I love listening to their thoughts, understanding their individual needs, and making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I'm also comfortable setting boundaries, giving clear instructions, and maintaining routines while making sure the kids are having fun. I'm patient, responsible, caring, and attentive, and I always do my best to create a positive environment where children can learn, play, and be themselves.
