I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I am skilled in respite care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I have a high school degree, CPR Training, and First Aid Training.
