My name is Lamara, I'm 40 years old, and I live in Hayward; but originally I'm from the country of Georgia. I have my own two kids, a 19-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son. I have a lot of experience with kids; my first nanny job, I took care of a 9 and 14-year-old, I would pick them up from school, bring them home make sure they had snacks then take them to their after school activities. Then 6 years I've worked with a family, the first time I worked for them the first born was 6 months old, and I took care of him until he went to preschool. Their second born I started caring for when she was 3 months. Last 5 months I've been working with a family who had 5 months old daughter, it was temporary and now she's going to daycare. I have have great references from my families. I'm looking for a new full time job. I have a clean and comfortable SUV, a clean driving record, I feel very comfortable driving with kids, even in long distances. I communicate well with and understand kids.

Lamara was an integral part of our family for nearly six years. During this time, she cared for two of our children (one at a time) from the ages of four and six months. Lamara was always incredibly professional - she was always punctual and fully present in her role. She is very loving and patient as a caregiver, but is also able to maintain discipline in a gentle way. Our children adore her. Lamara consistently respected our parenting choices and cultural preferences, and was always open to feedback. She also communicates transparently and constructively in navigating challenges. I would highly recommend Lamara to any family.
