Very unprofessional experience. The nanny canceled on the day she was supposed to start, saying she got a better offer. We had already changed our child’s aftercare plans and organized our day around her being here. Last‑minute cancellations like this are a huge inconvenience for any family, especially when children are involved. Reliability matters, and we did not get that.
