We hired Laissy to care for our twin daughters, and she has been wonderful. She is reliable, caring, and very experienced with infants. She is excellent at creating and maintaining daily schedules, and her structure really helped our twins develop good routines. She also offers thoughtful advice and is confident enough to point out when parents might be making small mistakes—which we truly appreciated. Our girls were always happy and well cared for with her. We would definitely recommend her to any family looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated nanny.
