About Yashyra

Hi! My name is Yashyra . I'm originally from Puerto Rico, and Spanish is my first language, but I also communicate in English. I have over five years of experience working with children, especially infants and toddlers. I'm DCF 40-hour certified, CPR and First Aid certified. My most recent experience was working at a Montessori school with children from birth to 2 years old. I have experience with feeding, nap routines, safe sleep, developmental activities, and creating a safe and loving environment. I'm also comfortable with meal preparation for the child, children's laundry, light cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping their areas organized. I really enjoy helping children learn and develop through play and age-appropriate activities. Right now, I'm looking for a family because I've decided not to return to the school, and I would like to find a family where I can build a stable, long-term relationship.
