About Lais

We feel so lucky to have had Lais caring for our daughter. She started with us when our baby was just 4 months old, and from day one we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such capable, loving hands. Lais was incredibly attentive and nurturing—she helped guide our daughter through starting solids, made sure she stayed on a consistent and restful nap schedule, and got her outside for walks every day, which we really valued. She has such a calm, warm presence that our daughter clearly responded to and enjoyed. She was also exceptionally reliable—always arriving early and never late—which made a huge difference for our day-to-day routines.
