Hi! My name is Laini and I am 22 years old and from Medford, Oregon. I attend and play basketball for California State University in Northridge and am studying Engineering but hoping to get into coaching! I am first aid and CPR certified and have a clean driving record. I worked as a first grade teacher for a summer experience program leading a first grade classroom alongside my time with care and other babysitting jobs I picked up before I joined. I have been a consistent nanny for 15+ families over the last 5 years. I have experience with infants all the way through 12-year-old kiddos, including twins, children with ADHD and autism and am very confident in my ability to care for your babies!!! :) I love animals and spending time outdoors, especially going on walks. I also have a 3-year-old nephew who I currently live with back home so I am very familiar with the toddler stage! Laini watched my baby boy from 6 weeks until 9 months! I recommend her 10/10. She is so thoughtful, caring, thorough, cares deeply about supporting you (mom/dad) with respecting your preferences, and communicating. She leans in (laundry, kitchen cleanup, organizing...) however you need, she loves dogs (!) and her energy was so nice to have around. The ONLY reason we shifted support was because we needed 40+ hours per week every single week and Laini's availability didn't line up with that. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
