About Laila

My name is Laila. I am a Santa Cruz County resident for the last 30 years. I graduated from UCSC with a Biology degree. I have experience caring for infants and toddlers at Santa Cruz Children Center and at UCSC childcare center while attending college. My recent experience has been working with families caring for their kids from infancy to pre-teen age. I have taken positive discipline classes for different ages and raised my daughter with attachment parenting approach. I have current CPR certification. I love spending time with babies, kids and pets. It's important for me to meet their needs based on their developmental stage without compromising safety. I enjoy being creative and follow their lead on what they enjoy doing. I am flexible and enjoy supporting families. I am only available evenings and weekends.
