We have been deeply impressed with what Laicy offers as a professional caregiver, and we highly recommend working with her! Laicy is caring and highly responsible, but what stands out most about Laicy the most is how deeply engaged she is with the children she is working with. Laicy was always fully present with our son: playing games, helping him learn how to socialize with other children at the playground or in classes, and encouraging him to try new things. She holds firm but kind boundaries with children so they learn rules and expectations, and she communicates with them in a mindful way, holding their social-emotional learning in mind. She is truly one of the best caregivers you can find, and any family would be lucky to work with her!
