Hi, my name is Laiane, and I have been living in USA for the last 3 years working as an au pair, nanny and petcare. During my time working for families, I developed several skills to keep a house well organized and to contribute for an easier, lighter life routine for all members: punctuality, exception organization, great sense of responsibility, attention to details, discretion and trustworthiness. Among the regular nanny and petcare activities, I also often worked with families appointment schedules creation; grocery and other shopping needs; driving needs; meals planning, etc. In Brazil I graduated in Human Resources and worked in the field for many years, which provided me a wide range of office routine experience that I can apply and adapt to the daily life of the family such as: recruiting, training and supervising other employees in the house (i. e.: housekeepers, cookers, nannies, gardeners and drivers); organizing bills and expenses; booking and arranging the family vacations
