LaDasha is a dedicated and compassionate professional with over 15 years of experience in public safety, behavioral health, case management, youth services, and direct support care. Currently serving as a District Safety Officer for Riverview Gardens School District, she specializes in campus safety, crisis intervention, emergency response, and leadership while ensuring safe and supportive environments for students, staff, and the community. Throughout her career, LaDasha has also worked extensively in behavioral health and social services, advocating for individuals and families, coordinating care, and supporting youth and adults with developmental and emotional needs. Known for her strong work ethic, leadership, and ability to remain calm under pressure, she is passionate about helping others, building positive relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
