We first met Lacey when we were looking for a nanny while we waited on a daycare opening for our 12 week old son. We were initially told the wait would be 4-6 months. After meeting her and checking some references, we knew she was a great fit . We were thrilled to have someone so compassionate and particularly driven to take care of infants. We were also happy to have someone happy to work with our whacky ever changing schedule. As luck would have it, just before she was scheduled to start, a daycare spot opened up and we felt we could not pass on it. Lacey was exceptionally gracious though it threw quite a kink in her employment plans. Since then, Lacey has been over to nanny while I caught up on projects around the house and I enjoyed her company. She had also babysat for our last date night of maternity leave. Lacey is easy to communicate with. She is punctual and reliable. And she is sweet with our precious baby! We will use her anytime she's available in the future.
