About Kyshia

Hi, I'm Kyshia! I'm a caring, dependable, and creative caregiver with 7 years of experience working with children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. I'm currently pursuing my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential to expand my skills and knowledge in early childhood education. From January 2018 to May 2021, I worked as a Clerical Assistant at Kam-Ko-Ki Learning Center, where I helped lead group activities, assisted with homework, led arts and crafts, and ensured children were fed and entertained. I'm experienced in infant care, including feeding, changing, and soothing, as well as maintaining routines and engaging older children in meaningful activities. I bring patience, positivity, and structure into every setting. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and thrive. I'm also skilled in multitasking, communication, and keeping children's needs at the center of everything I do.
