About Kris

I am very passionate about helping people. I love good manners and smiling at everyone I encounter, it's contagious! I grew up around many retired people in my neighborhood, as well as visiting the folks at the retirement home where my mother worked. This instilled in me a great sense of respect for my elders. As an adult I have over 10 years of experience working in the home health care field with seniors as well as adults with developmentally disabilities, ranging in ages from 30s-80s. I have had clients with Alzheimer, dementia, down syndrome, Tourette syndrome, epilepsy, seizures and Parkinson disease. I have assisted clients with daily household chores/light cleaning, prepared meals, driving them to appointments/errands, ordered and administered medications, guided them in exercise, engaged in puzzles and activities to keep the mind stimulated, etc. I also have CPR/First Aid certifications. I would love to provide care and assistance for you or your loved ones!
