Our oldest (age 10) reported on day 1 that Kristin was "the best" care provider we had worked with in his memory (including au pairs and local providers). Our time with Kristin was relatively brief (2 months) but she did give a much appreciated 2 weeks notice which allowed for a smooth transition.
