About Kammeran

Hi! I'm Kammeran, an experienced youth development professional and arts educator with more than 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults. I'm also the Founder and Executive Director of R. I. S. E. Arts Center of Baltimore, where I create programs centered on creativity, confidence, well-being, and positive youth development. I have experience supporting children of different ages, abilities, and learning styles, including neurodivergent youth and children with sensory and communication differences. My approach to child care is patient, attentive, creative, and fun! I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, music, imaginative play, theatre games, educational activities, and keeping children actively engaged. I can also support homework, routines, organization, and age-appropriate life skills. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where every child feels supported, celebrated, and free to be themselves.
