I have 2 children, 15 & 26. Some would think that being a mother would be enough experience in itself, lol. In my 20's, My fiancé's 86 yr old grandfather, who had dementia, lived with us. The care involved was meals, bathing, diaper changes, basically, whatever he needed. I also cared for my 93 yr old grandmother, who also had dementia for weeks at a time, due to my Uncle's traveling schedule. I'm respectful, compassionate, I have a personality, unlike some of my daughter's friends (LOL) and love caring for people that need it without making them feel helpless. I'll do walks, drives, drives to the beach are so awesome, lunches out.... whatever they want. Love it all.
