Worked 30+ yrs as Certified Medical Assistant in private practice and laboratories, certified CPR , recently went back to school and graduate from LPN program studying for Boards. While in Nursing program worked in Nursing home with patients of different age backgrounds and disabilities, also in pass work history have worked in extended rehabilitation and long term facilities for children and the elderly of different mental and physical disabilities. Helped cared of elderly grandmother with Diabetes until her passing. I have cared for and elderly 99 1/2year-old woman until her passing with all her daily living needs, bathing, bathroom needs, grooming and dressing, medication management, wound dressing changes, meal preparations, physical therapy, and just companionship. Accompanied patient to all doctors appointments and companionship with patient while in extended rehabilitation center.
