Hello! My name is Kristin, and I have over 20 yrs of experience working with individuals of all abilities-from children to adults. I spent 10 years as a personal trainer, I have experience as an ABA/Behavior Therapist and Childcare Provider. I was a Recreational Coach, and Director of Programs with "The Sensation Nation", using movement and play-based programs to develop motor, social, and sensory skills in children with special needs. My previous experience as a nurse aide I was in skilled nursing facility, children's hospital of CO, and at Duke University Hospital - all on the Float Pool. I am a Registered Nurse and was at Duke University Hospital on a pediatric cardiac stepdown unit for over two years. I've recently relocated back to San Jose to support my family, and I'm eager to continue working with individuals with disabilities as I pursue a specialty certification in developmental disability nursing. I'm enrolled in a Doctorate program to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
