I have 4 children, 3 of them are grown and on their own. I also have 3 grandchildren. I love working with people of all ages!! I have 10 + years experience in the medical field. The last 7 years in Occupational Therapy. I have worked with clients of all ages from 2-100 years old with various diagnosis including Stroke, Demential/Alzheimers, CHF, COPD, Amputee, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, CABG, Contractures, TBI, Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cognitive Disorders. For adults I can assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, functional mobility, companionship, medication reminders, transport to Doctor appointments, grocery store, meal prep, housekeeping and more. If needed I can teach transfer techniques, functional mobility, ADL retraining, IADL skill development, strengthening/conditioning, standing balance activities, cognitive activities, wheelchair positioning, safety awareness, meal prep, etc. I enjoy gardening, crafts/ sewing

Kristin was a wonderful professional. I hired her to help set up and unpack my parents' new home when we moved here last year. She helped with: cleaning, organizing, unpacking, donations, putting together shelving, picking up groceries as well as caring for my mother as needed. She even tolerated my 2 dogs. She was very responsive and kept me informed of everything that was going on as well as letting me know when she would arrive and depart. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She is still working with our family today as needed.
