Hello! I a am Abingdon resident with a background in both journalism and public administration. I'm a mom of two grown sons, and I've always loved caring for people-whether it's snuggling babies, chasing toddlers, or spending time with older adults. I stayed home to raise my boys after working in corporate public relations, and now I volunteer regularly in my community. I'm dependable, upbeat, and comfortable jumping into whatever needs doing-whether it's bottle-feeding a newborn, making lunch for a toddler, or keeping an older loved one company. I truly enjoy all stages of life and believe care work is some of the most important (and rewarding) work there is.
